  • Non-refundable items include downloadable content and personalized coaching sessions.

  • Contact our support team via email or phone with your purchase details.
  • Await a response within 3 business days confirming your refund eligibility.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Timeframes & Conditions

Refunds vary based on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Instantly available upon approval.

Some conditions might delay your refund, such as pending payments or bank processing times.

Cancellations & Subscriptions

Planning to cancel a recurring subscription? Here's what to know:

  • Cancellations can be made anytime; however, they take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions.

Annual subscriptions may qualify for a prorated refund upon cancellation.

International Refunds

For our international users, refunds may incur additional transaction fees due to currency conversion.

Exceptions
